TNAAP welcomed 26 in-person attendees and 30 virtual participants to our annual Pediatric Practice Management Conference, held as a hybrid live event for the first time on May 10. Our slate of speakers covered topics important to office operations, including responding to claim denials, finding “missing” patients on your panel, and common HR pitfalls. The keynote by Beth Ziesenis (a self-proclaimed “nerdy best friend”) took our audience to the cutting edge of AI used in clinical environments.
